Hey MSSC,
On Friday about ten of us got together in Lansing to talk about the
MSSC's future. One thing that came out of this meeting is a plan to
build a respectable MSSC website within the next few weeks. The first
website building session is scheduled for this Thursday, May 15 at
5:30 pm at the Gone Wired Cafe in Lansing. Please bring a laptop if
you can. Our plan is to get as much work done as possible on the
website this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, so there's a good chance
we'll plan a follow-up meeting for 5:30 pm on Friday. Stay tuned for
more updates about this.
To prepare for the website building sessions and to give those of you
who couldn't make it to Lansing an opportunity to voice your opinions
on things we discussed--including the MSSC's organizational structure
and upcoming events--we'll also be holding a conference call this
