To Midwest Climate Movement,
This Fall presents an enormous opportunity for growth in the youth climate movement in the Midwest. We have unprecedented level of major movement building events occurring throughout the region. We are holding a strategy call this Thursday, July 24th at 9 eastern/8 central to increase communication and collaboration between networks in the Midwest. Some of the topics to be discussed are listed below. If you have any to add, please e-mail me by 6 p.m. Wednesday July 23rd to have an agenda item included. Final agenda will be out Wednesday night.

Hey All,
This past weekend 5 youth sustainability organizations from around the Midwest came together and spent the weekend at the Rothbury Music Festival. Not only did we get down to the sounds of Michael Franti, Dave Matthews and Thievery Corporation but we got thousands of our peers to pledge to vote on the climate this fall through the Power Vote campaign.

Logo Feedback

Somehow I don't think any of these logos effectively represent the
positive multifaceted change we want to create.....

I prefer the logos with the leaves as they do not highlight a specific
issue (aka Wind)

My top 3 are as follows
1. page 2 logo (the tree of people) This logo can be recognizable

Michigan Energy Fair 2008: Rides

Thanks for those who responded back to my e-mail! It looks like we are
going to have a pretty good sized group at the fair this weekend. As

I don't know if it's too late to respond, but here goes.

I think the designs look good, and the leaves look a little better
than the turbines. I like the first one and the curly brace one the
best. The turbines will look better if they are more symmetrical, but
I think the leaves show the more holistic view of multiple energy
