Many of you already have plans to join in the Global Days for Darfur
being held throughout the country and around the world this week.  We
appreciate your compassion and support for the people of Darfur.  But
even as the Government of Sudan continues to stall efforts to send a
viable, adequately-manned international peacekeeping force to Darfur,
our leaders insist on giving the Bashir regime "one last chance" to
comply with international demands.  We cannot rest until there are
boots on the ground in Darfur.  Please join us this week as we raise
our voices in support of the people of Darfur, demanding that
effective action is taken immediately.
